This week we will study Deviance and Social Control. There will be a research paper over the question of if violence on television and games had an impact on violence in society. Students will learn how to conduct research thru the Texshare program, formulate thesis’s, and support the thesis with factual information. this project will extend beyond Spring Break.

Wednesday Phenomenon Followed by a discussion on the perceptions, prejudices, and fears of the key characters.

Thursday Discussion over Altered states of consciousness and the effects of sleep, drugs, and meditation

Friday Discussion of sensory differences and adaptation
